How much is shipping?
Shipping rates are determined based on your specific destination. To receive an accurate shipping estimate, kindly input your shipping information on the checkout page. This will ensure you are provided with the most accurate cost for delivering your order to your location.
How long does shipping take?
After placing your order, please allow 1 to 3 business days to process your order.
Orders placed on the weekend will not be fulfilled until Monday or Tuesday depending on the backlog of orders.
Once your order is shipped, you will immediately receive an email with your
tracking information. Sometimes couriers take a few days to update
tracking information.
Estimated delivery times once your package leaves the warehouse:
CANADA: 1 to 3 days
USA*: 6 to 15 days
UK: 4 to 10 days
AUS: 6 to 12 days
EU: 6 to 20 days
Rest of World: Varies by location. Please check estimated times at checkout.
*Hawaii and Guam will take longer ~30 days
There may be delays due to external factors that are out of our control (ie. weather, courier delays, weekends, holidays, etc).
My package says "delivered" but I never received it. What should I do?
Your package may be delivered to a mailroom, building doorman,
concierge, or even a neighbour who accepted the package in your absence.
Please check-in with those individuals first.
If you do not have your package 24 hours after the delivery has occurred, please contact declan@4se.ca with your order number in the subject line.
My order was lost or stolen. What should I do?
4SE is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages, if the address provided at checkout matches the address where the order was shipped and delivered to. We are not liable for the package after
successful delivery. Misplaced packages are non-refundable.

How do I choose the correct size?
For those placing their first order with us, we highly recommend taking the time to measure your existing garments and
compare those measurements to our size chart on the product page.
By doing so, you can select the size that most closely matches your measurements, ensuring an ideal fit right from the start.
I ordered a defective product. What do I do?
At 4SE, we are committed to ensuring that every product we offer meets our quality standards.
However, rest assured, if you happen to receive an item that isn't up to par, we're here to help. Simply reach out to us at declan@4se.ca, describing the issue you've encountered.
Please include photographs of
the defect and include your order number in the subject line.
I put my clothing in the dryer and it shrank?
We've made sure to offer care instructions across multiple platforms–on our website, via email, and also within your package to ensure your garments last as long as possible.
Since cotton is susceptible to shrinkage, we advise to avoid heat to prevent this from happening.
However, if your clothing happens to shrink from dryer use, don't worry, there's still a chance to fix it!
We recommend washing the garment in cold water and then, while it's damp,
gently stretching it back to its original shape with the help of someone else. This technique can often help regain some of its original form.
